This wine is powerful enough but it is ready to Drink. It will develop even better in the following 2 – 3 years in the bottle.

It will make a perfect companion to meat dishes with protein as well as with game, but also with sauces and cheese.
The wine is bottled near its prime. It will improve with age in bottle for at least the next 3-4 years
Drink it at 160C.
